LP Meetup Registration Process & Participation Guidelines

When registering for the Amplifying Alts Forum, indicate your interest in participating in the LP Meetup program.

General Partners (GPs)

  • GPs must be available for one-on-one meetings during the designated LP Meetup hours on both Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons.
  • To be considered for participation, GPs are required to submit a one-page firm profile. Participation is not confirmed until the profile has been received and reviewed.
  • Heads Up! This year's LP Meetup is powered by a new AI-driven matching model — built to create stronger, more strategic connections between LPs and GPs. Because of how the process works, we cannot accommodate registrations after the deadline. No exceptions. LP Meetup Registration Deadline: September 1, 2026
  • Due to the complexity of scheduling and limited availability, meeting schedules are considered final once released. We encourage all participants to review their schedules carefully and plan accordingly.
  • Please complete and submit the one-page profile (download here) by 5pm ET on September 4, 2026. Firms failing to meet this requirement will be removed from the LP Meetup registration and any one-on-one meetings. You may submit your one-page profile here.
  • Please arrive at the LP Meetup check-in desk 5 minutes prior to each scheduled meeting to receive your meeting location and allow time to get settled before your appointment begins.

Limited Partners (LPs)

  • LPs are asked to commit to a minimum of three (3) one-on-one meetings.
  • Mid August, we will contact participating LPs to update their registration and confirm meeting preferences. You will receive a list of participating GPs within the asset classes you have selected. We encourage you to review these firms and identify any organizations you prefer not to meet with, allowing us to create the most relevant and productive meeting schedule possible.
  • By registering for the LP Meetup program, you confirm your availability during the designated meeting periods. Meetings will be scheduled based on the availability and preferences provided during registration.
  • Any changes to your availability must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to the event. While we will make every effort to accommodate updates received before this deadline, schedule modifications become increasingly difficult as the event approaches. Any missed meetings after that time must be rescheduled within two weeks of the event, either in person or virtually.
  • Please note that onsite schedule changes and same-day rescheduling opportunities are extremely limited due to the volume of meetings being coordinated.
  • Please arrive at the LP Meetup check-in desk 5 minutes prior to each scheduled meeting to receive your meeting location and allow time to get settled before your appointment begins.
